Terms for payment and booking of Caravan parking spot / Parking in Örnviken
These conditions apply between HS Group Properties AB and who personally or through another personal book / pay spot in Örnviken.

The customer / payer is stated as "Customer in the terms. The supplier is stated as "Örnviken", "We" or "Örnvikens". The booking / payment applies to the rental of a parking space in Örnviken. Customers / guests who do not follow these rules have Örnvikens employees right to expel from the region.

Booking and payment for private person
To book a berth / pay set location on the page "boka.ornviken-soderkoping.se" required that the customer is at least 18 years old. In order to implement the payment of the fee required a debit card (VISA or MasterCard) or (BankID and Swish).

Booking of spot
The price includes rental of spot, booking fee and connection (incl. Consumption) of electricity (10 amperes).

All spots are booked from 12:00 to 12:00.

Payment / Booking confirmation
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. The customer / purchaser will be responsible for the information on the booking confirmation are correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as text message (SMS). In case of failure, the Örnviken shall be contacted within 7 days of the receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Payment of booking
Payment is made immediately, even when booking.

Cancellation of Booked Space

Cancellation can only be done online via the link provided in the confirmation email when booking at: boka.ornviken-soderkoping.se. Cancellation < 7 days before the start of the booking is non-refundable.

For cancellations more than 7 days before the start of the booking, 95% of the paid amount will be refunded.

Liability for property / causing damage
Örnviken is not responsible for forgotten things.

Örnviken is not responsible for damage caused by outsiders.

Other obligations and rules of procedure

Customer / guests will cherish the location, the port facility and follow the rules, instructions and regulations.

Customer / guests must be between 23:00 and 08:00 observe the utmost respect and silence towards other guests.

BBQ take place in the designated place. Think about the risk of fire, review your firefighting equipment.

Each electrical socket is at 10 amperes, which in principle only means power for charging. Overdrafts risk knocking out all or parts of our electricity network. At manifest abuse we reserve the right to charge the repair costs. One socket per car.

Dog must be kept on a leash.

Environmental waste must be placed in an environmental station. Garbage must be placed in designated garbage bins. Other waste must not flushed or thrown in the area.

Payment of the fee is made online or in our shop during its opening hours.

The drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.

We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by outsiders.

Breach of contract
This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (the customer) and Örnviken. Agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if:

The conditions of this document are not met.
The customer / guests in the party behave disruptively in the area.
The customer / guests in the party commit damage in the area.
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer / guests in the party must move out of the area immediately.
In the event of destruction or disruptive behavior, damages may be claimed by the customer.

Force majeure
At war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that are considered to be force majeure can Örnviken terminate the contract, the customer with the guests will promptly be informed. In such cases, Örnviken is obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been deducted from the site.
